Responsibilities
The main functions of the Clinic Site Supervisor are that of leadership and promotion of cooperative staff effort for patients to experience a quality care environment.
+ Coordinates, supervises and is accountable for the daily activities of business support, technical or production team or unit
+ Impact of work is most often at the team level
+ Owns output at task level
+ Work is generally limited to own function
+ Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion
+ Coordinates work activities with other supervisors
+ Develops plans to meet short-term objectives
+ Identifies and resolves operational problems using defined processes, expertise and judgment
+ Decisions are guided by policies, procedures and business plan
+ Product, service or process decisions are most likely to impact individual employees and/or customers (internal or external)
+ Staffing and Utilization of Clinical Personnel
+ Assigns clinical staff personnel based on levels of competency and the needs of the center.
+ Assures equitable staff assignments.
+ Participates in selection of clinical personnel.
Qualifications
+ High School Degree
+ Bachelor’s Degree from four-year college or university preferred.
+ Two years of related experience in a healthcare organization and/or medical supervisory experience.
USD $28.00/Hr. USD $32.00/Hr.
