+ Salary: $79,213-99,016 plus annual target bonus

+ Preferred experience: Working in the Consumer-Packaged Good Industry, Lean Six Sigma experience, process mapping and/or design experience.

Position Responsibilities:

+ Manages end-to-end improvements of Shared Business Services processes by supporting documentation, design, and transformation efforts, enhancing operational efficiency through analysis of business processes and financial data, and utilizing analytical and problem-solving skills to develop business cases for change

+ Facilitate workshops to document current processes and design future states, perfor m gap analysis, and work with process owners on planning / executing transformation roadmaps to drive scalability and end-to-end effectiveness in Shared Business Services p rocesses

+ Conduct data analyses and use data findings to develop process improvement plans / business solutions and drive efficienc ies

+ Communicate analyses and findings with senior leaders and stakeholders to ensure buy-in and support for updating existing processes and launching of new processes

+ Lead the execution of business solutions by communicating project plans to all stakeholders , establis h performance standards, clarify business prioritie s and information/data, and measu re project progress

+ Support a continuous improvement culture by providing training and coaching to team members on process optimization

+ Other projects or duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience:

+ Bachelor’s D egree and 4 plus years of related experience or H igh S chool Diploma/G eneral Education D iploma and 7 plus years of specific experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

+ Master’s D egree
