Collaborate with Leadership, Clients, peers, and cross-functional teams to shape strategy, spark innovation, and drive the successful development of projects and processes.
Offer motivation, mentorship, and subject matter expertise, continuously researching new methods and approaches to enhance performance.
Oversee the integrity of all projects, ensuring they meet requirements for feasibility, originality, quality, and alignment with departmental and corporate brand standards.
Set realistic expectations for resources, goals, and timelines, while managing project scope effectively.
Provide clear, constructive art direction and feedback to team members, fostering a positive and growth-oriented work environment.
Qualifications:Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field required.
1 or more years of comparable work experience required.
Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills.
1+ years of leadership experience.
