This role requires the ability to work independently and establish and maintain working relationships with supervisors, colleagues, customers and other government agencies as needed. Additional responsibilities include document control functions, personnel security actions, accountability of all materials/media to ensure secure operations.
Responsibilities
+ Obtain information for Program Access Requests (PARs), review packages for accuracy, and proper routing.
+ Process customer’s in-coming and outgoing visitor requests. Prepare, transmit, and maintain visit certification letters.
+ Conduct document control functions including development, oversight of receipt and dispatch requirements, organize original and copies of documents, provide document holdings lists, manage SIMS database accountability data, and assist in timely locating documents assigned to others/offices.
+ Perform duties as the Top-Secret Control Officer including executing a TS accountability program and submitting inventory reports annually.
+ Establish and maintain all office and security documents in accordance with government requirements and provide weekly updates to the customer.
+ Manage Program Indoctrination and Debriefings.
+ Initiate. Process, and maintain security clearances through DISS, Scattered Castles, and other special access sites.
+ Manage the Media Control plan which includes maintaining and submitting a current inventory of all media annually.
+ Oversee and assist functions assigned to the Security Specialist.
+ Maintain access control rosters and establish a visitor control program giving guidance to the Access Control Security Specialist (24/7/365 access).
+ Create, manage, and implement the facility Security Education program.
Qualifications
+ Education / Certifications: One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.
+ High School Diploma
+ Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC) preferred. If not certified, must be able to complete within 18 months of hiring date.
+ Experience:
+ 2 – 4 years experience as a Contactor Program Security Officer or working knowledge of Program Security Officer functions.
+ Experience with document control or working knowledge of document control functions.
+ Working knowledge of security manuals, directives, and Executive Orders (NISPOM, ICD, DOD Manuals/Instructions, etc.).
+ Working knowledge of DISS and Scattered Castles.
+ Experience with SIMS or Automated Data Control Systems for documents.
+ Skills & Technology Used:
+ Must possess basic information technology skills. Be able to perform basic functions of a PC.
+ Master at time management for self and when constructing Division Chief’s schedule.
+ Must display interpersonal skills.
+ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
+ Excellent communications and writing skills, meticulous attention to detail, ability to meet time sensitive deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks.

+ The following salary range is intended to display the value of the company’s base pay compensation and may be modified at the discretion of the company.
+ USD $ 85,000 - $115,000
+ Provided salary range minimum and maximum values correspond to variances between regional/geographic locations across the United States.
