U-Haul International is currently looking for a Mail Services Clerk to join their fast-growing team.
Job Requirements:
+ Sort incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail for distribution
+ Set up and operate a variety of department machines
+ Weigh, seal, and meter all outgoing letter mail and parcels
+ Pick up and deliver packages within the Midtown Campus which are too heavy or too large to handle through normal mailing procedures
Skills:
+ Must have excellent communication skills
+ Details-oriented
+ Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask
+ Ability to shift workload as necessary due to changing priorities
+ Technical aptitude is preferred
+ Strong collaborative skills to achieve consensus and be able to establish high quality work standards in a fast paced environment.
Essential Duties:
+ Reasonable and predictable attendance.
+ Communicate with the Lead and/or Manager of any timeline alterations or scheduling conflicts and recommend alternative options and procedures when necessary.
+ Complete work assignments in accordance with established operating schedules and procedures
+ Complete necessary paperwork and verify data entry for shipping labels, freight correspondence, and log books
