    Salary: $2161 / Week

     

    32 Hour Pay Package Varies from 40 hour pay package

     

    Amergis Healthcare Staffing is partnered with a much-respected facility in Roslindale/Dedham. They're currently seeking a qualified long-term care LPN to assist them on a contractual basis.

    Details of the position include:

    Position: LPN - Long-term Care

     

    Local Pay: $48

     

    Travel Pay: $15/hr + $1,561 travel stipend

     

    Facility Type: Out patient

     

    Start: 2-3 weeks upon offer

     

    Duration: 13 weeks

     

    Hours: 40 hours

     

    Shifts: All Shifts available: 7AM-3PM, 3pm - 11pm or 11pm - 7am

    Requirements:

    + MA permanent RN license

    + 2+ of LTC experience

     

    The Long Term Care LPN assumes responsibility and accountability for the delivery of care for patients in a Long Term Care and/or Assisted Living Facilities. The nurse demonstrates ability to make clinical judgments in an effective and efficient manner with supervision, as well as critical thinking and performance abilities in the coordination of patient care. Additionally, this individual performs according to nursing standards and is accountable for managing patient care and assisting others in the management of patient care.

    Minimum Requirements:

    + Current Registered Nurse License for the state in which the nurse practices

    + Current CPR if applicable

    + TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

    + Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

    + Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

    + Must be at least 18 years of age
