    What we're seeking:

    + MD, DO, or foreign equivalent

    + Completion of accredited dermatology residency training program

    + BC/BE in **dermatology**

    + Completion of formal cosmetic dermatology training preferred but not required

    + Ability to acquire a license to practice in the State of Pennsylvania

    + Must be able to obtain valid federal and state narcotics certificates
