Engineer Lead
**Location:** Ideal candidates will live in or be willing to relocate to the Atlanta, GA area to report to our Pulse Point location at 740 W Peachtree Street NW, Atlanta, GA 30308.
**Work Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
The **Engineer Lead** is responsible for full delivery of end-to-end system development and maintenance on medium Enterprise-wide technology platforms.
How you will make an impact:
+ Maintain active relationships with customers to determine business requirements and lead requirements gathering meetings.
+ Own the change request process and coordinate with other teams as necessary.
+ Develop and own list of final enhancements.
+ Develop and define application scope and objectives and prepare technical and functional specifications from which programs will be written.
+ Perform technical design reviews and code reviews.
+ Ensure unit test is completed and meets the test plan requirements, system testing is completed, and system is implemented according to plan.
+ Assess current status and support data information planning.
+ Coordinate on-call support and ensure effective monitoring of system.
+ Maintain technical development environment.
+ Mentor others and lead multiple or small to medium sized projects.
+ Facilitate group sessions to elicit complex information on requirement clarification, design sessions, code reviews, and troubleshooting issues.
+ Support vendor evaluations.
Minimum Requirements:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field and a minimum of five (5) years of experience in related occupation(s).
Additional Requirements:
+ Five (5) years of experience must include:
+ Five (5) years of experience in each of the following: JavaScript frameworks including Angular JS, Angular 2+, jQuery and RequireJS; HTML5 and CSS3; Bootstrap 4/5 framework.
+ Validating cross-browser and cross-platform compliance using web standards and browsers including Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Internet Explorer.
+ Web design and commercial application design using Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Adobe illustrator, CSS and HTML.
+ Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Project Management Tools, IBM Rational Application Developer, and Eclipse.
+ Software development using SafeAgile.
+ Solution architecture and design patterns.
+ Creating webpages using Fluid over devices by using responsive web design using the Grid, Fluid layouts and Breakpoint approaches.
+ Java and Objected-Oriented programming
**Salary:** $149,760 per year
