As a Lead Talent Attraction Consultant, you'll be at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and talent strategy, identifying and engaging the specialists who build and maintain Pega's innovative solutions. You'll develop trusted advisor relationships with IT and Technical leadership, gaining insight into emerging technologies while crafting recruitment strategies that keep Pega at the forefront of innovation.

    What You'll Do at Pega:

    + Design and execute targeted recruitment campaigns for senior-level IT specialists across software engineering, IT, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and other technical functions

    + Develop deep technical market intelligence to advise IT leadership on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive positioning

    + Consult with technical hiring managers to refine job requirements and create compelling position narratives that resonate with specialized IT professionals

    + Implement advanced sourcing strategies leveraging technical communities, specialized job boards, and AI-powered talent identification tools

    + Build and nurture a pipeline of passive technical candidates through strategic relationship development and community engagement

    + Analyze recruitment metrics and market data to continuously optimize sourcing strategies and improve candidate quality

    + Collaborate with technical teams to develop skills assessments that accurately evaluate candidates' capabilities while providing an engaging candidate experience

    + Mastery of advanced sourcing techniques using LinkedIn Talent Solutions and other specialized platforms

    + Development of strategic talent pipelines that consistently deliver qualified technical candidates

    + Establishment of credibility with technical leaders through market insights and quality candidate delivery

    + Creation of innovative recruitment approaches that have improved efficiency and candidate quality

    + Building of extensive networks within technical communities and professional organizations
