Job Description

+ Expert-level knowledge of AI, Data, and Cloud-this is a must with 15+ years of industry experience and background of strong hands-on solutions architect.

+ Extensive experience in creating and maintaining complex multi-cloud architectures, domain acumen in Financial Services, with past experience working in Asset and Wealth Management and/or Capital Market firms in North America.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software development, data science, UX/UI design, and product management to deliver integrated digital solutions in either of the following - (buy side) trading platforms, portfolio optimization, and Financial Market Structures in regulatory environments.

+ Showcase self-motivation, navigating blockers, manage high output global teams, and building trust and solid relationships with individuals at all levels, in multiple geographies and business functions.

+ Must be able to communicate effectively with presentation abilities - able to convey risk to all levels of the business, from C-level executives to operations and development teams.

+ Stay abreast of emerging technologies, trends, and industry developments, evaluating their potential impact on the organization and driving innovation through the adoption of new tools and methodologies.

+ Establish and enforce architectural standards, policies, and guidelines to ensure consistency, scalability, and security across digital initiatives with continuous review and updated architecture documentation.

+ Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities associated with digital solutions, implementing proactive measures to mitigate security, privacy, compliance, and regulatory concerns.

+ Knowledge of Governance and Compliance frameworks specific to Asset Management, Wealth Management, and Capital Markets in the US.

+ Relevant certifications (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Certified Analytics Professional, AWS) are a plus

Salary Transparency Disclaimer

Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $99712 to $168716/yearly.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
