Your Role:

As Assistant Director of Nursing, you will play a critical leadership role, supporting the Director of Nursing in overseeing nursing operations, enhancing clinical care, and fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Leadership Support: Assist the Director of Nursing in managing and guiding the nursing team toward excellence and engagement.

+ Clinical Oversight: Help ensure high standards of nursing care through clinical supervision, mentoring, and education.

+ Quality Improvement: Contribute to developing and implementing quality assurance initiatives to enhance resident outcomes.

+ Regulatory Compliance: Support compliance with state, federal, and facility policies and procedures.

+ Collaboration: Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and optimize resident care.

Qualifications:

+ Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Illinois

+ Prior nursing leadership experience, such as Nurse Manager, Unit Manager, or ADON role (preferred)

+ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

+ Solid understanding of SNF regulations, care planning, and best practices

+ Commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive, and high-performing environment
