Our client, a leading personal care manufacturer, is expanding, and we’re looking for a **driven Analytical Chemist** to join our team at our brand-new facility! This is your chance to be part of something exciting, working with cutting-edge technology in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

**Pay:** $28/hr-$30/hr

**Location:** Osceola, IN

**Type:** Contract-to-hire

Responsibilities:

+ Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of raw materials and products.

+ Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot production issues.

+ Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

+ Prepare technical documents and reports.

+ Develop and validate analytical methods.

+ Calibrate and maintain analytical instrumentation.

+ Manage standard chemical inventory and safety protocols.

+ Some duties may vary slightly by location.

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or related scientific discipline

+ 1-3 years Analytical chemistry in a manufacturing environment (Preferred)

+ 1-3 years Method development and validation (Preferred)
