Our partner in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking a **Production Worker** to support their quality team! They are seeking a self-starter looking to build their experience and skills in the food industry, within quality and regulatory at their site in Cerritos, CA.

**Schedule:** 1st or 2nd shift + OT as needed

**Pay:** $18/hr - $20/hr

6 month contract-to-hire, with opportunity to extend or convert!

Responsibilities:

-Manage and conduct audits in a GMP environment

-Monitoring, and programming critical control points (CCP), throughout the manufacturing process

-Perform sanitation verification and allergen testing on equipment

-Ensure proper guidelines for products during processing -Collect lab samples and environmental swabs

-Perform raw materials, in-line, and finished product inspections and record data

Requirements:

-Bachelor's in science or Highschool diploma

-1-4 years experience in food manufacturing in quality preferred

-Must be able to work fully on site (no remote options available)
