    Job Summary

    As the Vice President of Community Engagement, you’ll be responsible for recruiting new members into the organization through community building, adult engagement, and strategic partnerships. You’ll participate in realizing the vision and strategic goals by working with the senior leadership team to establish and integrate the organization's growth strategies. As a key executive team member, you’ll provide leadership and direction to volunteers and staff and ensure that state-of-the-art tools, systems, procedures, and processes are available and in place to serve the membership.

    Job Qualifications

    Thirteen (13) years of related experience and education, including sales or membership recruitment experience and upper-management experience, including supervision of mid-level managers.
