We are now accepting applications for a Small Business Relationship Manager to join our team. Position is located at our Corporate office in Las Vegas, NV.
Essential Functions:
+ Responsible for sourcing and developing new clients for the purpose of achieving deposit, loan, and fee income growth targets.
+ Sell Bank products to new and existing clients to obtain core deposit relationships and totals.
+ Identify Business development opportunities within an assigned area through data gathering techniques.
+ Maintain a book of small business relationships and effectively manage ongoing risk of credit and depository relationships, expand client relationships when identified.
+ Conduct sales management meetings.
+ Establish, monitor, and publish sales targets and sales performance.
+ Work closely with Branch management in meeting sales goals and strengthen existing customer relationships.
+ Assist Branch management in enhancing relationships with Gold Club Clients.
+ Participate in community organizations and activities.
+ Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
+ Requires a Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing or Finance and 2 plus years of directly related experience. Basic knowledge of sales techniques, banking products and services.
+ Must have excellent customer service, negotiation and PC's skills.
+ Working knowledge of commercial and small business lending.
+ Must have strong analysis and credit review skills as well as basic working knowledge of Bank Credit Policy and Risk Appetite Framework.
