    Job Description

    POSITION SUMMARY: This position is primarily responsible forperforming outdoor maintenance of the Corporate Headquarters Complex.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    + Maintain the highest standard of grounds cleanliness; including sweeping and maintenance around parking lots

    + General grounds responsibilities; weeding, trash pick-up, mowing/trimming, washing vehicles, general upkeep of the facilities grounds

    + Using facilities vehicles; trucks, tractors, mowers to perform daily tasks

    Skills/Requirements

    POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

    + Mon-Fri hours between the timeframe of 7 a.m. - 4 p.m.

    + Summer employment with the possibility of employment being continued

    + Detail oriented

    + High School diploma

    + Aptitude or inclination for outdoor work

    + At least some previous wheeled equipment experience is helpful and desired

    + Ability to do heavy lifting and physical labor on a daily basis

    + Must have valid driver’s license

    + Work well in a team or alone in ALL weather conditions
