We are seeking a passionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our thriving outpatient endocrinology practice. Ideally, you’ll bring experience in managing diabetes and endocrine disorders—but if you're a new graduate with a strong foundation in primary care and a genuine passion for endocrinology, we’re excited to support your growth with mentorship. You’ll work closely with a collaborative team to deliver exceptional, compassionate care to our Central Oregon community.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Conduct comprehensive evaluations and manage treatment plans for patients with endocrine disorders, including diabetes, thyroid, and hormonal imbalances.
+ Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated patient care.
+ Educate patients on disease management and preventive health strategies.
Benefit Highlights:
+ Schedule: 36 patient hours over a 4-day workweek
+ Compensation: $130,000 – $180,000 annually
+ Sign-On Bonus & Loan Repayment: Up to $30,000
+ Benefits: Comprehensive package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), CME stipend, paid time off, and malpractice coverage
+ Call Schedule: No call responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications
Required Qualifications & Abilities:
+ Currently licensed Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
+ Required: 1 year of experience as a licensed PA or NP
+ Preferred: 1-2 years experience in Endocrinology and/or Diabetes care and/or Internal Medicine.
+ Clinical competency and expertise in caring for Primary Care patients
+ Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics
+ Knowledge of common medication, side effects and contraindications
+ In-depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and medicine best practices
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills
+ Respect for patient's confidentiality
+ Compassionate and approachable
+ Responsible and trustworthy
+ Attend work regularly and on time

General Physical Requirements
+ While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
