Software Engineer II - Android

Atlanta, GA

NCR Voyix is looking for a Software Engineer to join our Restaurant team.Our aim is to turn the everyday into a great consumer experience, turn the restaurant into a place where you’re being served quickly, get exactly what you ordered, get great service, be able to provide feedback, pay using mobile. Our product portfolio is the most successful restaurant solution available to the global market today. We are an agile development organization, practicing SCRUM and Kanban.We’re searching for you if you:

+ Can communicate and operate well across a large organization.

Qualification:

+ A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field

+ At least 3-5 years of software development experience on Android with focus on Kotlin development

+ Knowledge of OOP principles and practices.

+ Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

+ Ability to solve simple coding problems and debug code.

+ Good collaboration and communication skills.

+ Willingness and ability to learn quickly on the job.

+ An understanding of how to make apps scalable and resilient, with the testing know-how to prove that they are on Android app

+ Worked with GCP and GCP products, such as Firebase

+ Familiar with NoSQL/Document databases, such as firestore and mongoDB

+ Familiarity with full stack interactions

+ Experience with SCRUM Familiar with nestjs, nextjs

+ Familiar with cloud/web development

+ Familiar with GitHub Ci/CD tools
