    Position Details:

    Datrose is seeking a Forklift Operator / Material Handler for a one-year contract position with a possibility of being temp to hire.

     

    Job Title: Forklift Operator/Material Handler

     

    Hours: 11am-7:30pm (Monday-Friday - with occasional overtime).

     

    Pay: $19.00/hr

    Who We're Looking For:

    Candidate with Forklift experience to work in an industrial/warehouse environment. Experience should include picking stock, using handheld scanners, loading and unloading materials. A team player, with good communication skills and a mind for safety.

    What to Expect as a Forklift Operator:

    + Perform various manual activities under minimal/direct supervision

    + Picking stock

    + Light manufacturing

    + Building pallets for shipment

    + Loading and unloading materials

    + Ordering, storing and delivering supplies

    + Using hand scanners

    + Heavy lifting up to 70 lbs.

    + Work in a fast-paced environment

    Qualifications for Success:

    + High School Diploma or GED/HSEOR2+ yr of warehouse experience required

    + Fork Truck License preferred

    + Need steel toe safety shoes

    + Basic mathematic skills

    + Prior Warehouse/Dock experience

    + Detail oriented with time management skills

    + Must have knowledge of Microsoft office, specifically Word and basic Excel and Outlook

    + SAP knowledge is preferred
