Join Weyerhaeuser Cottage Grove Lumber! We are growing our team and have immediate openings for Entry Level Production positions. We are seeking individuals who are committed to safety, have a positive attitude, excellent work ethic, and a desire to work in a manufacturing environment.

*The entry level starting wage is $25.77 per hour. *

* Must be 18 years of age or older

* Must be able to work in the U.S.

* Must hold a high school diploma or GED

* Must attach a current resume to the application

* Must be available to work all shifts, no exceptions, including nights and weekends

* Must successfully complete a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check

* Must be able to pass random drug testing, including marijuana

*Successful candidates need to be able to:*

* Have 100% commitment to safety rules and polices

* Take pride in their work, be motivated, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment

* Have good communication

* Be willing to wear all required PPE (personal protective equipment)

* Have good attendance and arrive on time for scheduled shifts

* Work in a team setting and accept accountability for a team’s results

* Have one or more years of manufacturing or industrial clean up experience preferred but not required

* Lift 2-50 pounds, climb stairs and ladders, work in extreme temperatures, and in dusty and noisy conditions
