    Your main tasks and responsibilities:

    + Create and manage customer information in the company’s ERP business system

    + Support customervisitsonsite andoffsite occasionally

    + Provide project status updates and serve as liaison between operations and customer for updates regarding deliveries, customer service issues, etc.

    + Manage the receipt, review and processing of all purchase orders associated with their assigned ASM’s and business units.

    + Manage the release of all project scopes and project hand-offs to the operations group(s).

    + Facilitate communicationsbetween the customer, ASM andoperations group. Perform invoice review and proforma approval.

    + Coordinate andmanage asneeded the resolutionofproject issues, questions, and concerns. Perform invoice review and proforma approval.

    To succeed in this role, you will need:

    + Proficient use of Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel).

    + Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interface with personnel from diverse backgrounds at all levels of the organization.

    + Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.

    + Time management skills.

    + Understanding of basic financial concepts.

    + Bachelor's Degree
