We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to support various ambassador programs. In this role, you will coordinate and manage the program's hiring process. You must demonstrate strengths in communication. collaboration, organization, and follow-through.
Your Responsibilities:
+ Coordinating weekly group presentations, scheduling interviews, and sending out assessments to candidates
+ Preparing offer letters, background checks, and travel coordination
+ Manage the applicant tracking system, keep the team updated on hiring decisions, manage invoicing, and update trackers
+ Assist with onboarding, including new hire paperwork and orientation coordination.
+ Coordination of classroom dates and sizing, and booking rooms for training
+ Communicate schedule changes, reporting, and follow-up with the company leadership and HR on new hires for each class
+ Serve as the point of contact for candidates, providing timely communication and delivering a positive candidate experience.
Skills and Experience Required:
+ Prior experience working in a professional setting, recruiting coordination, or administrative role.
+ Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on scheduling via Outlook.
+ Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
+ Positive attitude, team player, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
