    Job Skills / Requirements

     

    Immediate openings

     

    3rd Shift

     

    Monday-Friday

     

    10pm-6am

     

    + Must be at least 18 years of age.

    + Must have at least 2 years Verifiable Customer Service experience.

    + Must have at least 1 year of Access Control experience.

    + Excellent computer skills, with the ability to learn programs quickly.

    + Must be able to read and understand written instructions, complete standard forms, and logs, compose reports that convey complete information in a legible manner.

    + Always look professional in a clean and pressed uniform.

    + Check and secure doors, gates, windows, etc.

    + Monitors buildings for unauthorized people, suspicious activity, water leaks, fires, safety hazards, etc.

    + The ability to remain calm, solve problems, and act effectively in a critical situation.

    + Records detailed Daily Activity Reports, Incident & Maintenance Reports, Parking Violations, Visitor-Truck Log In’s, etc.

    + Must remain alert for the presence of violations and contact the appropriate authority.

    + Provide escorts when requested.

    + Must be customer service oriented.

    + Informs and ensures compliance of SEI and Clients policies, such as smoking, loitering, parking violations, etc.

    + Walking, standing, bending, light lifting, observing, detailed reporting, multitasking, greeting clients and visitors.

     

    Education Requirements (Any)

     

    High School Diploma or equivalent

     

    Certification Requirements (Any)

     

    Able to obtain any & all security certifications/licenses
