Job Description
T he Senior Product Manager is a key member of the Returns Product Management team, focused on recovery optimization within our exhaust channels (NQC/Last Chance) through data-driven insights . This role will work cross-functionally to dev elop technical solutions for optimiz ing exhaust decisions , sim plifying the process for operators, and enhanc ing inventory visibility. S uccess in this position will consist of s trategic thinking , clear communication , and a n innovative approac h .
A day in the life…
+ Drive the strategic vision for operational tools in key exhaust channels.
+ Think outside the box to create simple but innovative solutions .
+ Develop a roadmap to ensure returns are handled efficiently via exhaust, while minimizing financial impact .
+ Work collaboratively with supply chain, inventory, and operational teams to facilitate feature and strategy discovery.
+ Partner with Engineering and Business organizations to ensure cross-functional alignment .
+ Collaborate with product managers across multiple portfolios to influence roadmaps and prioritize solutions that support the overall vision and goals.
+ Support requirements definition by crea ting problem statements, epics , user stories, and other relevant artifacts .
+ Drive a data-focused approach by creating key metrics and developing ways to create signals where they are lack ing.
You own this if you have…
+ At least 7 years of product management experience combining inventory and/or supply chain, product, and program management skills to drive strategic initiatives. Ideally with reverse logistics and inventory recovery experience.
+ Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
+ Demonstrated experience in owning and driving the creation and execution of product roadmaps.
+ Proven track record of end-to-end product delivery, demonstrating the ability to manage the entire product lifecycle from concept through launch and beyond.
+ Experience with feature delivery and making tradeoffs of a product, demonstrating an adeptness at balancing product requirements, user needs, and technical constraints.
+ Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and recommendations and drive actions.
+ Excellent communication and leadership skills, effectively articulating ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams towards common goals.

Pay Range Details
The pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different in other locations.
Washington: $142,000 - $220,500 Annually
This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses. Benefits include 401k, medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more. Eligibility requirements may apply based on location, job level, classification, and length of employment.
