The Virtual Telephonic Interviewer is responsible for performing virtual interviews collecting information for clients who have applied for insurance coverage. This is a Temporary to Permanent opportunity. Hours required to work are within Mon-Fri, 8a-6p CST. VIRTUAL TELEPHONIC INTERVIEWER RESPONSIBILITIES * Engage potential members and agents in the underwriting process over live * online video. Provide instruction for the overall process and the sub-steps as it progresses * Track and record participants results and progress * Monitor for and document anomalies (eg strange behavior, potential fraud, * flawed execution that would render false results) Troubleshoot issues that occur during the session * Background in virtual customer service, ideally over live video. * Excellent communication skills, ability to deliver clear and concise instructions according to a script. * Ideally 3-5 years’ experience in a customer facing service role. * Experience in banking, financial product or insurance tele sales is a plus. * Must be comfortable with working computer programs as well as learning new software. * Comfortable with multitasking. * Works well under pressure. * Comfortable with managing conversations with patient and providing guidance through the interview process.
