About the Role:
AFC Industries is seeking a **Demand Generation Manager** to lead digital strategy and marketing automation efforts aimed at driving high-quality inbound leads. This is a hands-on role responsible for managing our website, paid digital programs, SEO initiatives, and marketing automation through HubSpot — with a focus on building, nurturing, and converting a steady flow of opportunities for the sales team.
The ideal candidate is a builder — someone who can move from strategy to execution quickly, track results clearly, and adjust based on real-world data.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Campaign Management
+ Own AFC’s digital marketing strategy across website, paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), SEO, and social platforms.
+ Create and manage lead-generation campaigns focused on filling the sales funnel with qualified prospects.
+ Manage PPC budgets, targeting, A/B testing, and optimization for best ROI.
Lead Generation & Marketing Automation (HubSpot Management)
+ Design high-converting programs that drive marketing-qualified leads and fast-track sales conversations.
+ Build, manage, and optimize marketing workflows, email campaigns, and customer journeys.
+ Optimize content, landing pages, and forms for conversions.
+ Implement lead scoring, routing, and handoff processes in collaboration with sales.
Website Management
+ Oversee day-to-day management and improvements of AFCInd.com and affiliated brand pages.
+ Build landing pages, optimize content for SEO, and implement lead capture strategies.
Analytics and Reporting
+ Own digital marketing KPIs, dashboards, and reports.
+ Provide insights on campaign performance, lead volume, pipeline contribution, and recommendations for improvement.
Collaboration
+ Continuously bring bold, creative ideas to life—experimenting with new formats, messaging angles, and channel approaches.
+ Partner closely with Sales to ensure campaign alignment with the buyer’s journey and sales motions Work closely with content, sales, and operations teams to align messaging, target markets, and lead handoff processes.
+ Coordinate with outside vendors for specialized support (SEO agencies, freelance content writers, etc.).
Key Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
+ 4+ years of experience in digital marketing and/or marketing automation roles.
+ Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot (Marketing Hub required, Sales Hub a plus), ZoomInfo and similar platforms.
+ Proficient with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
+ Experience managing B2B websites (preferably HubSpot CMS).
+ Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret and act on marketing performance data.
Preferred Skills:
+ Background in industrial, manufacturing, or distribution sectors preferred but not required.
+ Experience with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
+ Familiarity with CRM systems (like HubSpot Sales Hub).
