We are seeking a curious, interdisciplinary Demand Generation Intern to support the development of engagement strategies and integrated data platforms across departments. This role is part of the IT department and reports to the Director of Enterprise Solutions. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for behavioral sentiment psychology, data-driven strategy, and human-centered AI development, someone who thrives at the intersection of people, systems, and code. What you’ll gain: Real-world experience working at the intersection of behavioral science, data, and enterprise technology.

Internship Learning Objectives & Task Goals:
+ Support the alignment of psychological insights with strategic goals to develop holistic demand models.
+ Contribute to AI-enabled platform development by ensuring data integrations maintain organic, contextual syntax—both coding and linguistic.
+ Document workflows and contribute to the design of scalable processes that are intuitive and analytically sound.
+ Participate in cross-functional meetings to translate strategic goals into actionable data and platform enhancements.
+ Follows all organizational systems, programs, training, policies, and procedures required and complies with relevant legal mandates. Seeks guidance as necessary.
+ Carries out all responsibilities in an honest, ethical, and professional manner.
Minimum Education/Skills/Experience/Credentials:
+ Must have college or university coursework experience with a major or concentration in Business Administration, Data Science, IT, Marketing, Psychology, and/or related field required.
+ Must be interested in marketing, data science, and business outcomes analysis.
+ Interest in applying behavioral and psychological theory to real-world business challenges.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in explaining complex ideas clearly and humanely.
+ A collaborative mindset and eagerness to contribute across multiple departments and levels of technical complexity.
+ Intermediate data entry/typing skills.
+ Excellent planning and organizational skills.
This is a paid internship, however AMH does not provide housing, relocation, or transportation assistance.

In the states of Colorado, California, Washington, and Illinois; the anticipated pay range/scale for this position is $22.00. Actual starting base pay will depend on factors including geographic location, education, training, skills, and relevant experience.
