    CNC Machine Maintenance Technician – Join Our Team at PDS Tech Commercial!

     

    **Location:** Shrewsbury, MA 01545

    **Job Type:** Full-time | Consultant (6 months)

    **Schedule:** Monday to Friday | First Shift (7 AM - 3:30 PM)

    **Pay Rate:** $29.00+ per hour

     

    Are you an experienced **CNC Machine Maintenance Technician** with a passion for troubleshooting and maintaining high-performance machinery? PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a skilled professional to join our team and ensure the reliability and safety of our equipment and facilities.

    What You'll Do

    + Diagnose and repair **mechanical and electrical issues** by interpreting machine error messages and operator feedback.

    + Perform **preventive maintenance** on CNC machines, including oil/grease checks, hydraulic systems, and coolant maintenance.

    + Respond urgently to equipment issues, minimizing downtime through **active troubleshooting** of CNC machines and control systems.

    + Conduct **mechanical maintenance** on automated systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, and conveyors.

    + Program and troubleshoot **Allen Bradley PLCs** for system optimization.

    What You’ll Need to Succeed

    + **High School Diploma or equivalent** with at least **3 years of experience** in mechanical and electrical repair of CNC machine tools.

    + Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in a **team environment** .

    + Proactive mindset and willingness to take initiative in maintaining and improving equipment reliability.

    + **Preferred:** Experience with **Fanuc controls** .

    **Pay Details:** $29.00 per hour
