PDS Tech Commercial, Inc. is thrilled to invite you to join our team as a Test Operator on 1st shift in Maple Grove, MN!

Starting at $22.00/hour, you'll work 1st shift hours from 6 am to 2:30 pm.

As a valued team member, you'll:

+ Set up and operate test equipment to perform standard and non-standard tests on electronic components and assemblies.

+ Execute test programs, interpret results, and troubleshoot test failures to ensure product quality.

+ Collaborate with test engineering to improve testing processes and maintain production flow.

+ Perform preventative maintenance on both standard and specialized test equipment.

+ Support wire wrap operations, including machine setup and hand wiring, as needed.

+ Follow ISO 9001 and AS 9100 standards, maintain a clean and safe work area, and adhere to all department procedures.

+ Contribute to continuous improvement efforts, assist in training new employees, and support other manufacturing areas as needed.

We're looking for candidates who bring:

+ High school diploma or GED required; prior manufacturing experience preferred.

+ Experience with testing, wire wrap, and soldering is highly desired.

+ Ability to read blueprints and use measuring devices is a plus.

+ Must pass J-STD-001 and IPC-A-610 certification (training provided if necessary).

+ Strong communication skills and ability to follow oral and written instructions.

+ Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive motions in both seated and standing positions.

+ Must pass pre-hire and biannual visual exams confirming 20/20 vision (with or without correction) and color vision test.

**Pay Details:** $22.00 per hour
