PDS Tech Commercial, Inc. is thrilled to invite you to join our team as an Assembler on 1st shift in Maple Grove, MN!

Starting at $20.00/hour, you'll work 1st shift from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with overtime available and encouraged!

As a valued team member, you'll:

+ Assemble components and hardware using hand tools, fixtures, and precision machinery.

+ Operate specialized equipment and perform scope work to meet production requirements.

+ Inspect, clean, and rework parts to ensure compliance with strict quality standards.

+ Maintain accurate records of product data and adhere to ISO 9001/AS 9100 procedures.

+ Support a clean, safe work environment, contribute to process improvements, and assist in training new team members.

We're looking for candidates who bring:

+ High school diploma or GED required; manufacturing experience preferred, blueprint reading a plus.

+ Strong manual dexterity and visual acuity (must pass vision and color tests).

+ Able to perform repetitive tasks in both seated and standing positions.

+ Comfortable working with and around chemicals.

+ Team-oriented with strong communication skills; IPC-A-610 Certification required (training available).

**Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour
