We’re searching for a Skopje-based People Business Partner (Fixed-term Contract, 6 months) to join our People Team, so that we can enhance support for our R&D and Product Management teams during a period of exciting growth and organizational development. The People Business Partner will provide hands-on HR support and drive initiatives that ensure alignment with our business strategy, culture, and performance goals.
How You’ll Spend Your Time
+ Partnering with the Senior People Business Partner to support R&D and Product Management departments across ongoing initiatives and projects.
+ Supporting employees and managers on employee relations matters including concerns, performance, development, retention, and recognition.
+ Advising managers and employees on Macedonian labor law requirements to ensure compliance and best practice.
+ Collaborating with the broader People Team (HR centers of excellence) on projects like onboarding, offboarding, and career framework initiatives.
+ Managing and advising on employee relations issues, including grievances and performance improvement plans (PIP), ensuring fair and compliant outcomes.
What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having
+ 3+ years of strategic People Business Partner experience, ideally within a global or fast-paced environment.
+ Proven success in navigating Macedonian employment law and managing employee relations cases effectively.
+ In-depth knowledge on how to support change management and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
+ Ability to commute to our Skopje office as needed to provide in-person support.
+ Sincere interest in positively impacting the healthcare sector through strong HR practices.
+ A knack for working collaboratively with both local and global teams within a dynamic environment.
