Description
Join EnviroTech in Salt Lake City as a Sales and Customer Success Coordinator! We are seeking a dedicated individual with a strong customer service background and excellent project management skills to enhance our client relationships and drive sales success.
This fully on-site position requires some travel, totaling approximately one week per quarter. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional service and thrive in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
+ Manage and coordinate projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
+ Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for client engagement and retention.
+ Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
+ Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
+ Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project progress in the CRM system.
+ Support training and onboarding processes for new clients to ensure successful product implementation.
+ Organize and execute client events and meetings, including travel arrangements as needed.
+ Work closely with cross-functional teams to align customer needs with product offerings.
+ Monitor project budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of company assets.
+ Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
+ Provide regular updates to management on project status and customer feedback.
Requirements
Qualifications:
+ Strong background in customer service, sales, or project management.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
+ Proficient in using CRM systems.
+ Willingness to travel approximately one week per quarter.
