    Job description:

    The Warehouse Supervisor will be expected to supervise, coach, mentor, and develop highly functioning work teams, comprised of team leaders and team members. Job responsibilities include but not limited to:

     

    + Provide a safe, secure, and engaging work environment that fosters team member involvement and creativity.

    + Coordinate activities, ensure compliance that meets and exceeds the parts distribution center customer KPI's, related to safety, quality, delivery, cost, morale, and environmental.

    + Provide feedback, coaching, and training to associates as needed

    + Analyze root causes and execute countermeasures for daily work challenges while implementing safe work practices and preventative countermeasures.

    + Utilize kaizen activities to drive continuous process improvements.

    + Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and safety with team members, peers, and senior management.

    Requirements:

    + High School diploma or GED

    + College Degree preferred, but not required

    + 3 + years of work experience and/or bachelor's degree in related field

    + Ability to work any shift and overtime as required

    + Excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills

    + Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build effective business relationships with plant leadership and customers

    + Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

    + Must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite software programs
