POSITION PURPOSE:
The Micro-cleaner is a critical role in the company which ensures the proper cleaning of the cleanroom, controlled environment and GMP laboratory environments.
MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Include the following key areas and duties, which may be modified or increased as necessary:
+ Perform cleaning of clean rooms per GMP guidelines to maintain standards.
+ Document cleaning activities accurately in compliance with GDP requirements.
+ Work with various cleaning chemicals while ensuring safe handling and proper use.
+ Wear and maintain proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
+ Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent and effective cleaning.
+ Manage trash and recycling in the clean rooms, ensuring proper disposal and organization.
+ Mop and wipe down surfaces to maintain a pristine, sanitized environment.
+ Collaborate with team members and follow directions to achieve cleaning goals.
PRIMARY RESULTS ACCOUNTABLE FOR ACHIEVING:
Other more specific results will be assigned and measured.
+ Must become familiar with cleaning chemical components and safety requirements.
+ Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Qualifications
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
+ High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
+ Ability to write simple correspondence.
+ Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Must have and be able to consistently apply the following skills at the levels indicated to produce assigned results.
+ Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in cleaning and documentation.
+ Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
+ Ability to follow instructions precisely and work within established procedures.
+ Excellent hygiene practices and awareness of cleanliness in controlled environments.
+ Time-efficient with the ability to complete tasks within set timeframes.
+ Ability to work independently while also being a proactive and supportive team player.
+ Positive attitude and good communication skills, contributing to a productive work environment.
+ Experience working in clean room environments or with GMP is preferred but not required.

Required to spend on-the-job time on the following physical activities:

+ The Weight or Force requirement in this position is: Up to 40 pounds
VISION REQUIREMENT:
+ This position requires to have close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less), and color vision (ability to identify and distinguish colors).
+ Depth perception (three-dimensional vision, ability to judge distances and spatial relationships)
+ Ability to adjust focus (ability to adjust the eye to bring an object into sharp focus)
