Come join us as a Product Marketing Manager in the Core Data Center Business Unit where you will be essential in driving the success of our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, sales, and corporate marketing, to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive product adoption, customer engagement with the goal of crafting customer affinity for Micron products.
Role and Responsibilities:
+ Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product announcements.
+ Build clear, compelling, and differentiated product messaging for global market reach.
+ Produce engaging marketing assets, including web pages, whitepapers, case studies, video scripts, product brochures, presentations, media presentations and case studies.
+ Conduct market research to identify customer needs, pain points, and market trends.
+ Lead cross-functional teams in planning and driving coordinated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media.
+ Identify target personas and accounts for ABM campaigns.
+ Build plans based on the product roadmap.
+ Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales enablement tools and training programs.
+ Supervise and analyze competitive landscape to advise product positioning and marketing strategies.
+ Assess product performance and interpret customer feedback for future marketing strategies.
+ Develop and manage relationships with key industry partners and collaborators.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is helpful.
+ Technical depth and knowledge of data center products and solutions with memory and storage.
+ 5 years of experience in product marketing
+ Experience with enterprise marketing and announcing data center products to a technical target market.
+ Creative attitude with the ability to think strategically and innovate.
+ Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data and trends.
+ Excellent, efficient writing capabilities, with strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to work across a matrixed organization, collaborating strongly with key collaborators and cross-functional teams.
+ Experience in the technology storage and memory industry, especially SSDs, memory, and NAND.
+ Experience with AI and Cloud Computing.
+ Experience with semiconductor technology and ABM marketing approaches.
+ Proven track record of successful product launches and marketing campaign management.
The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:
$134,000.00 - $263,000.00
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training. The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Additional compensation may include benefits, discretionary bonuses and equity.
