The **Operations Manager** position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by managing the security services and related operations provided to an assigned group of smaller accounts including client service and problem resolution, service enhancement and expansion, new business development, operational effectiveness, preparation of post orders, staffing, scheduling, supervision and training.

    _Operations Manager Requirements:_

    + _Associate’s Degree_ _and 3 years of responsible experience in a business / Security management position_

    + _Ability to train and develop employees_

    + _Ability to meet deadlines_

    + _Computer literacy_

    + _Calm, polite, and professional behavior_

    + _High level business and management knowledge_

    + _High customer service orientation_

    + _Experience managing large security program_

     

    As an Operations Manager you will be performing a variety of management functions for assigned accounts; while providing lead direction to Security Supervisors on requirements, priorities of work and coordinating any necessary needs of the site. If you have experience in positions like Operations Manager, Site Supervisor or Account Manager this role is a great fit for you.
