Required Skills:
Project Manager, Integrity Operations, Child Safety Responsibilities:
1. Deliver projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research, and strategy development, working directly with global cross-functional teams to implement next-generation community experiences through process, policy, and product improvements.
2. Manage and improve day-to-day Child Safety operations against quality and efficiency targets in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment.
3. Analyze data to identify user trends and malicious behavior and suggest recommendations to improve operations.
4. Use problem solving skills to resolve large and complex business problems.
5. Lead investigations and resolve issues that are escalated to the team regarding potentially abusive content or real-world threats.
6. Help create scalable policies and processes to solve complex business problems and ensure the safety of the community.
7. Build strong cross-functional partnerships to create better solutions for our community and users.
8. Develop a deep understanding of Child Safety issues and how they affect our community.
9. Address sensitive content issues, including but not limited to graphic images, videos and writings, offensive or derogatory language, and other objectionable material.
10. This role may involve exposure to potentially graphic and/or objectionable content including but not limited to graphic images, videos, audio and writings, offensive or derogatory language, and other potential objectionable material, i.e.
11. child exploitation, graphic violence, self-injury, animal abuse, and other content which may be considered offensive or disturbing.
Minimum Qualifications:

12. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Information Technology, or a related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
13. Experience must include 2 years of the following:
14. 1. Operations process execution, workflow tracking, and task management in operational systems
15. 2. Project management methodologies for structured data processing and reporting
16. 3. Technical documentation and requirement communication with engineering and product teams
17. 4. Project tracking frameworks for stakeholder coordination and milestone management
18. 5. Policy-based review and classification of digital content, including restricted material
19. 6. Data querying and manipulation using SQL, SAS, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
20. 7. Programming in Python or R.
Public Compensation:
$112,443/year to $125,400/year + bonus + equity + benefits
