Line/Floor Manager – Enamel Assistant Supervisor

**Location:** Attleboro, MA

**Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:45 PM

**Pay Rate:** $23.00 per hour

Job Overview:

Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced **Enamel Assistant Supervisor** to join our team. This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity with the potential for long-term growth. The Assistant Supervisor will support the Enamel Department by leading the team, assisting with administrative tasks, and providing backup to the department Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Lead and supervise a team within the Enamel Department.

+ Provide backup support to the Enamel Department Supervisor.

+ Handle conflict resolution and promote a positive work environment.

+ Perform administrative duties, including scheduling, reporting, and employee support.

+ Utilize computer systems effectively for daily operations and reporting.

+ Assist with production work on the floor, including painting in the enamel area as needed.

+ Maintain an organized and flexible approach to daily tasks and responsibilities.

Qualifications:

+ Prior supervisory or leadership experience is required.

+ Strong conflict resolution and team management skills.

+ Proficiency in computer use and administrative tasks.

+ Ability to work both on the production floor and in an office setting.

+ Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of multitasking.
