Key responsibilities include:
+ **Strategic Analysis and Insight Generation:**
+ Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive strategic business decisions.
+ Develop and implement data-driven solutions to address complex business problems, optimizing processes, and improving overall efficiency.
+ Effectively communicate findings to senior stakeholders, translating technical information into actionable business insights.
+ **Operational Excellence and Transformation:**
+ Lead and support initiatives focused on process optimization, system enhancement, and scalability to drive operational excellence.
+ Develop and manage performance metrics to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and ensure accountability.
+ Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices in data analysis and reporting.
+ **Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:**
+ Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, align on strategic priorities, and achieve shared objectives.
+ Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, effectively communicating complex concepts and influencing decision-making.
+ Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
+ **Business Execution and Financial Acumen:**
+ Take ownership of data science projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery within budget constraints.
+ Demonstrate strong planning, prioritization, and resource allocation skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
+ Possess a good understanding of financial management principles, including budget review, forecasting, and analysis of monthly actuals.
Qualifications:
+ 6+ years of proven experience in data analytics, demonstrating a track record of delivering impactful business solutions.
+ Able to multi-task, manage multiple projects and work under pressure to deliver high-quality outcomes
+ Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
+ Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques to communicate findings effectively.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
+ Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Education:
+ Minimum bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:
$125,760.00 - $188,640.00
