    JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Manage payroll and OT for department as well as labor incentives.

    + Handle disciplinary actions.

    + Hire and fire as necessary.

    + Schedule employees based on service needed.

    + Schedule customers’ vehicles.

    + Ordering parts based on customer needs.

    + Direct communication with technicians, customers, and vendors.

    + Assign jobs to techs.

    + Adhere to all safety programs.

    OTHER DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Other duties can and will arise, and candidate should be prepared to take on these challenges openly.

    + This position is also commission based.

    EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

    + High School Degree or GED.

    REQUIREMENTS

    + Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding environment.

    + Mechanical experience.

    + Must be able to work independently and also in a team environment doing other job duties as assigned.
