    **Location:** On site in Memphis, TN

    Summary

    Processes International documentary collections and foreign exchange travel money transactions in an orderly, accurate and expeditious manner in accordance with current department and regulatory guidelines and client/Relationship Manager instructions.

     

    Duties and Responsibilities include

     

    International Documentary Collections

     

    Processes documents within required time frame using current operating systems in compliance with current International Chamber of Commerce guidelines.

    Maintains files and image records to be sure that:

    + Fees paid and properly applied

    + Correspondence and communication with clients is documented

    + Files are properly imaged and organized

    + Transaction events are properly tracked and completed

    Foreign Exchange / Travel Money

    + Assists with currency transactions at our in-person counter and on the telephone

    Processing checks drawn on other countries

    + Reviews items to determine correct processing channel and evidence of red flags

    + Follows special instructions and documents special requests

    + Maintains transaction documentation in appropriate location based on type and status

    Contributes to success of the team by assisting with:

    + Opening mail

    + Answering phones

    + Other special projects as assigned/needed

    Job Qualifications

    + High school graduate

    + Basic to Intermediate knowledge & skills of Microsoft Windows/Excel

    + Above average communication skills, written and oral

    + Proven attention to detail

    + Self-starter and motivator

    + Team player

    Preferred:

    + Associates Degree in Business

    + Customer Service experience

    + Banking background

    + International experience / Knowledge of International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) guidelines
