    Commissions Analyst

    Job Description:

    The Sales Commissions Analyst plays a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and timely processing of sales commissions for our sales organization. This role involves managing commission calculations, maintaining data integrity, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the sales compensation program. The ideal candidate has a keen attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

     

    *This is a hybrid role: 3 days/week in office*

    Key Responsibilities:

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Calculate and process monthly, quarterly, and annual sales commissions for sales teams, ensuring accuracy and adherence to the company’s compensation plan.

    • Maintain and update commission records, databases, and documentation for reference and audit purposes.

    • Validate and reconcile sales and commission data, identifying and addressing discrepancies proactively.

    • Serve as a point of contact for commission-related inquiries, providing timely support and issue resolution for sales representatives and leadership.

    • Assist in the preparation of regular and ad-hoc reports, providing data insights to sales and finance teams.

    • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and HR teams to ensure alignment and effective communication of compensation policies and updates.

    • Support annual and quarterly compensation plan audits to ensure compliance with internal controls and standards.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.

    • 1-3 years of experience in sales commissions, finance, or a similar analytical role.

    • Strong Excel skills and familiarity with commission management software; experience with Xactly is a plus.

    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
