Job Summary

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

+ Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

+ Partner with local management team to ensure clear understanding of financial results and goals and lead action planning when necessary

+ Complete daily sales reporting and ensure settlement and balancing of credit card transactions

+ Complete weekly financial forecast for the next 90 days

+ Manage monthly financial close of the general ledger including but not limited to revenue reporting, journal entries and accruals

+ Complete monthly financial packet per our contractual agreement including processing of wire payments

+ Work closely with partner finance team where applicable

+ Manage Accounts Receivable process including but not limited to processing payments/refunds, applying payments and processing invoice adjustments

+ Manage the annual budget process

+ Ensure accuracy and collection of sales tax on all sales

+ Ensure appropriate retention and management of documents

+ Support any annual external audit needs

+ Ad hoc analysis as needed

+ Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree preferred (preferably in Accounting or Finance)

+ Two years Accounting Experience

+ Proficient knowledge of MS Excel

+ Able to effectively communicate with all levels of associates

+ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment

+ Detail oriented team player with initiative.

+ Working knowledge of SAP financial and/or Access

+ Previous Account Reconciliation software experience
