    Join the MercyOne Genesis Family! We are looking to hire an Outpatient Coder!

     

    As an Outpatient Coder at MercyOne Genesis, you will assign ICD-9-CM codes to diseases and procedures for statistical and financial purposes.

     

    **Schedule** :

    + Monday - Friday

    + 8:00am - 4:30pm

    **General Requirements** :

    + Credentialed by the American Health Information Management Association or American Academy of Professional Coders within 6 months of hire

    + Experience preferred

    + ICD-CM Coding and CPT training/experience (preferred)

    **Education** :

    + 2 year Health Information Management college program or equivalent experience
