ARS is looking for a Contract Administrator to support the Senior Contracts Manager out of our Concord, MA office on a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities Include:
+ Support multiple programs and perform duties in a variety of areas to include the entire life cycle of contract and subcontract administration.
+ Oversee contract performance by monitoring subcontractors, submittal of contract deliverables, process contract changes, support customer data calls, limitation of cost/funds notifications, etc.
+ Work closely with the Senior Contracts Manager regarding audit, contractual and program office needs.
+ Work closely with Program Control representatives regarding financials.
+ Support Senior Contracts Manager in managing subcontractor change orders.
+ Maintain electronic contract and subcontract files.
+ Initiate and finalize closeout efforts.
+ Ensure compliance with FAR and DFAR requirements.
+ Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/ Technical Experience Requirements:
+ Must be a US Citizen.
+ Must be able to obtain a government security clearance.
+ Be able to pass a government background security investigation.
+ 2-3 years of experience in Government contracting or related positions in the DoD Industry is preferred.
+ Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and written, with both internal and external customers.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office products required, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook.
+ Must possess the ability to utilize critical thinking when addressing subcontractor and customer questions.
+ Must be motivated, quick learner, attention to detail, work independently as well as collectively to support the program office, and ability to multitask.
+ Must be able to prioritize day to day tasks, contractual and program needs as well as other responsibilities.
+ Working knowledge of the FAR and the DFARS.
+ Basic understanding of contracts, purchasing and audit compliance.
+ Will consider a candidate with studies in related field of business who possesses the ability to prioritize tasks, communicate effectively, and solve problems quickly.
