    The North America Finance Business Intelligence (FBI) group plays an integral role in supporting the Nike Finance function. This includes supplying both standard and ad hoc data views to enable them to successfully navigate the Corporate operational cycle as well as better understand their business to inform key decisions. Additionally, the FBI is directly in the center of a monumental, cross-functional pivot where legacy tools, systems and processes are all being overhauled. Our role in this is critical; we apply our existing expertise to key decisions with the aim to not just limit disruption but to unlock new capabilities.

    WHO WE ARE LOOKING** **FOR

    We are looking for someone who has an established career in Data and/or Finance and is passionate about the budding intersection of Finance Data Analytics. In addition to having demonstrable achievement in their career, this person brings an obvious drive and curiosity.

    WHAT YOU WILL WORK** **ON

    + Work within a team of Finance Data Professionals

    + Learn legacy and new systems and be at the center of converting the former to Nike’s new way of transacting and recording the business

    + Learn and implement new tools and ways of working and collaborate with Technical and Non-Technical audiences to solve problems and gain adoption

    WHO YOU WILL WORK** **WITH

    Peers within the North America Finance Business Intelligence team as well as collaborate directly with North America Business Partners and the broader FBI team.

    WHAT YOU** **BRING

    + Experience working in a complex, fast-paced environment and willingness to adapt to a new way of working.

    + Team first mentality striking the balance of supporting others through arduous tasks while keeping an eye out for improvements that can make the whole team better

    + Willingness to get started and explore with sometimes limited information. See failures as an opportunity to grow.

    + Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse business stakeholders and team members

    + Finance literacy

    Required:

    + Bachelor/Master degree in quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business, or Finance or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience

    + 5+ years experience in data, reporting analytics or finance

    + Expert Excel skills required

    + Demonstrated proficiency with visualization software incl. Tableau and Power BI

    •** **Preferred:

    + Advanced Excel skills including exposure to Data tools in Excel (Power Query and Power Pivot) or knowledge of those tools and their place in Power BI

    + SAP S4 or other Financial Reporting experience out of an ERP desirable
