    Responsibilities

    Under the direct/indirect supervision of a registered nurse, provides personal care and assistance with activities of daily living /instrumental activities of daily living services to clients.

    Qualifications

    Education and Work Experience

     

    + Recent experience as a Nursing Assistant in a nursing home or hospital setting or recent experience as a Home Health Aide. Student Nurse with medical-surgical clinical experience.

    + High School Diploma or Equivalent.

    + Must pass written test with at least an 80% test score.

    + B.L.S. from the American Heart Association(AHA) within 30 days of hireNurse?s Aide State Certification is optional.

    + Current driver's license, car insurance, car registration, and reliable automobile required.
