Our client, a dynamic manufacturing organization, is seeking a Brake Press Operator--Experienced/First Shift to join their team. As a Brake Press Operator, you will be part of the assembly department supporting a collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to cross-train and learn multiple jobs, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Brake Press Operator--Experienced/First Shift

**Location:** Scott City, MO

**Pay Range:** $15 per hour

What's the Job?

+ Perform bench-type processes to complete enclosure assemblies and sub-assemblies in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

+ Select and use proper tools, including air, power, and hand tools.

+ Install gaskets, doors, and other components as required.

+ Verify and install necessary hardware according to instructions and drawings.

+ Perform quality checks on finished enclosures and accurately log jobs in and out of the computer system.

What's Needed?

+ A minimum of one year experience as an assembler in a manufacturing environment is required.

+ Excellent attendance and a positive attitude are essential.

+ Strong attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a team.

+ Willingness to cross-train and learn multiple jobs within the assembly process.

+ Ability to participate in making management decisions affecting the work.
