    Our client is seeking a Laborer / Driver Helper to join their team. As a Laborer / Driver Helper, you will be part of a dedicated group supporting the collection of clothing donations throughout Orlando. The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to adapt to changing environments, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Laborer / Driver Helper

    **Location:** Eatonville, Florida

    **Pay Range:** $17/hour

    Schedule:

    + Monday - Thurs (some Fridays)

    + 4:00am until finished

    + Typically a 10 to 12 hour day

    + 40-45 hour work week

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Initially function as a ride-along helper. After the client hires you directly, you will then be driving assigned box truck.

    + Assist in the collection of donation bags from over 130 clothing drop boxes throughout Orlando.

    + Load and unload bags into and from a 24' box truck.

    + Occasionally operate hand and power tools for maintenance tasks.

    + Maintain a clean and safe work environment during all operations.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Prior experience driving a box truck (preferred or willing to learn).

    + Ability to climb in and out of a 24' box truck.

    + Ability to work in the elements.

    + Capability to lift up to 50lbs.

    + Valid Florida Driver's license with a clean driving record.

    + Ability to pass a 7-year background check and drug screening.
