• Etch Tool Technician/ FAB Technician

    Our client, is seeking a **Etch Tool Technician / FAB Technicia** n to join their team on Night Shift in Albany NY.

     

    Job Title: Etch Tool Technician/ FAB Technician

     

    Contract: 1 year (long term/extension possible)

    Salary Range: $30 - $40 hourly

    **Night Shift:** 6pm - 6am Wed - Fri and every other Saturday schedule

     

    _Training Period: Will start on the day shift. Normally 6am – 6pm (based on the individual this may be 2-4 weeks)_

    Job Duties:

    + Ensure tool qualifications are ran and stable as indicated by tool qual plans.

    + Communicate and execute recovery plans for failing quals.

    + Work with fab Ops team to ensure they are trained on using etch tools.

    + Investigate and recover faulted lots where experience allows, or communicate to engineering team

    Experience:

    + B.S in an Engineering/Scientific field of study

    + Semiconductor Fab experience, 2+ years.

    + SiView and wSPC systems, 0-2 years.

    + Ability to maintain a high energy level for 12 hour on night shift coverage is crucial.

    + Self-motivated and proactive in identifying problems and taking appropriate actions
